HEART OF ENGLAND CO-OPERATIVE | CASE STUDY

THE SOLUTION:

Our team set to work securing the venue, Coventry Building Society Arena, and then sourcing the external contractors that would help bring the entire event to life, including sound, lighting, catering and more. We then worked with Heart of England to invite suppliers and staff to the event through internal intranet communications as well as email marketing. In addition, we also developed various other pieces of content and marketing collateral for the conference, including the main slideshow presentation. Our in-house videography team also produced a corporate video which was embedded into the presentation. This video showcased the Heart of England brand, its plans and values for the future, as well as celebrating the 190th anniversary of the society. Marketing Support The AlphaGraphics marketing team worked with the Heart of England on all aspects of this project.

Our team also sourced and organised all the additional decorations and resources from external suppliers such as balloons, catering, lighting and sound systems. We were proud to work with plenty of local suppliers in Coventry for these elements, as this was important for the Heart of England. We had free-reign to use the agreed budget after the success of the same event the previous year, which instilled confidence in the leadership team to let us take charge of the 2022 event.
