We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate strong academic performance – we expect you to be heading for at least a 2:1 degree (or equivalent), and to have at least 340 UCAS points (AAB) at A-level (or equivalent). However, we mean it when we say that your university and degree subject are not relevant to our selection process – we do not have a shortlist of preferred universities and around half of our trainees did not study law.
