Wednesday, 29 September Five Star Ballroom and Rooftop Terrace from 7:00 to 9:00 PM | $65 per person Registration opens 8 September at 12:00 PM, please click here to register! Join us for a fun, informative and delicious evening highlighting food, wine and beer from the local region. We’ll have stations and bars set up in the Ballroom and on the Rooftop (weather permitting) featuring local produce. There will be some seating but lots of high-top tables to encourage you to ‘tour’ the region! We’ll be using small plates for the food and tasting pours of local wines and beers so you can sample. The dress code is casual.
