portrayed in the film, “Bottle Shock.” • Beringer Vineyards Winery Tour: Beringer is the old- est continuously operating winery in the Napa Valley, founded in 1876. The Beringer brothers’ foresight in recognizing the quality and potential of grape growing in the region is part of the valley’s living heritage. After a private, guided tour of the grounds and caves, along with a tasting of the current releases, a beautiful lun- cheon awaits at the historic Hudson House. The group will enjoy a lovely three-course, wine-paired meal pre- pared by Beringer’s estate chef. Registration is $3,995 per couple and includes a round of golf, hands-on cooking experience, Napa Valley Wine Train dinner, winery tours and tastings, welcome reception, spouse/guest brunch, and a networking brunch. • Chateau Montelena Winery Tour: Its first vintage was in 1886 with the chateau completed in 1888. Unfortu- nately, the winery fell victim to prohibition and ceased operations for many years. It was not until 1972 that it was revitalized as a full-time winery.
