“Priority helped me do this!” “Before I started coming to Priority, I was having a lot of pain in my arm and shoulder. I love to play baseball and football, but the more I tried to pitch or throw the ball the more my arm hurt. It hurt to the point I didn’t even want to lift it up. At the end of baseball season, I was picked to play All-Star baseball. Once we started practice I wasn’t able to pitch like normal because my arm hurt too much. My doctor referred me to Priority. When I started coming I was hurting really bad. After coming a couple times, the pain started to ease. I worked on exercises to help build my strength and muscles since I had hit such a big growth spurt. I began to have less and less pain, and I was able to pitch and throw without my arm or shoulder hurting. Priority helped me not only by working with me but teaching me exercises to build endurance.
