You may accept gifts of nominal value (e.g., pens, mugs, calendars, etc.) when such gifts are:
• Infrequent
• Customary in a business relationship
If you have any doubt about whether it is appropriate to accept entertainment or a gift, you must promptly seek appropriate guidance from the management.
Reporting a Violation
It is important that every employee understands the rules and reports any wrongdoing he or she notices as soon as possible. If you believe a violation is occurring or occurred, you should report it immediately to "M.I.D. House of Diamonds" management. Any employee, who, in good faith, lawfully and truthfully, seeks advice, raises a concern, or reports misconduct is doing the right thing. No matter how you choose to report, as long as your report is made honestly and in good faith, "M.I.D. House of Diamonds" will take no retaliatory action against you for making the report. Allegations of retaliatory will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken. This policy is consistent with the "M.I.D. House of Diamonds" code of Business Conduct and Ethics, which requires fair and ethical dealing by all "M.I.D. House of Diamonds" employees. Full compliance requires the participation and cooperation of every employee at every level, worldwide. All "M.I.D. House of Diamonds" employees, sales agents, and managers are expected and required to comply with this policy.
