Growth is part of the plan, but it’s approached carefully.
“There’s a graveyard of modular startups… we’re very aware of that,” says Travis Pyke. “We’ve got 20 more acres—we could build two more facilities—but we want to scale intentionally, not too fast.” That approach comes from experience. Scaling is less about how quickly capacity can expand and more about whether the systems behind it can hold as the work grows.
