A customized version of the Affinity Paradise Pointe model—known as the Wave Crest by Seasafe Homes—was recently named the Modular Home Builders Association’s February Modular Home of the Month. Located in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, the 2,568- square-foot coastal residence features four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms across three modules positioned on an elevated foundation exceeding FEMA elevation standards. The home includes 9-foot-6-inch ceilings, 8-foot interior doors, quartz countertops, shaker-style cabinetry with under-cabinet lighting, and more than 540 square feet of outdoor deck living space. Many viewers may also recognize the project from its earlier appearance on HGTV’s 100 Day Dream Home. For Seasafe Homes, the recognition reinforces a larger message: a Two-Site Construction process, when executed intentionally, can match traditional luxury coastal construction in both performance and design.
