“Helping families secure long-term housing stability has a real impact on communities,” he notes. Stable housing strengthens neighborhoods, supports schools, and creates continuity. Sustainability is approached with the same grounded mindset. “We don’t chase sustainability trends. We focus on building homes that last,” Holland explains. That means durable materials, proper installation, and long- term performance. “If you’re willing to warranty something for life, you build it differently,” he says. “For us, sustainability isn’t about marketing—it’s about durability, accountability, and long-term performance.” Steady in a Reactive Market

“Strong systems allow us to adjust without losing precision,” he explains.
That steadiness has positioned the company to respond to growth opportunities, particularly in high-demand regions like Northwest Florida. “We’re seeing real demand in areas like Freeport and Walton County,” Holland notes. Even so, their approach to expansion remains measured. “We’re not interested in growth for its own sake,” he says. “We’re focused on steady, sustainable expansion that protects our standards, our financial stability, and our customer experience.”
