In 2023, Wind River completed a 100,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Cleveland, Tennessee, designed to support between 150 and 250 units annually. That level of capacity changes how projects are approached. As projects scale, planning tightens and coordination becomes more deliberate. What gets decided early continues to impact the build all the way through. Holding the Line on Quality Scale introduces pressure. Ultimately, more projects, more coordination, and more moving parts.
For Wind River, that hasn’t translated into a shift in standards.
“Quality has always been at the forefront from the very beginning—we’re obsessive about it,” Pyke says. That focus extends to the people behind the work.
