“There’s a lot of advantages… people are learning about the speed and quality,” Pyke says. The impact becomes clearer when timelines are considered in full. “If you’re selling homes six to eight months quicker… or a hospitality resort opens its doors earlier… that has to be factored into the cost.” Time affects financing, carrying costs, and revenue timelines. For operators, opening sooner changes the entire financial profile of a project.
