This insert features two right-hand cutting edges and two left-hand cutting edges. While a single wiper insert can achieve satisfactory surface finish, when the feed rate equals or exceeds the wiper edge length, it is recommended to install two or more wiper inserts in the tool holder. For optimal performance, the long wiper insert XNGX 0906ANN-W should be used in combination with short wiper inserts XN..0906ANN..
