Balancer Mounting Kit Installation onto Torque Arm Step 1 C onnect the bracket to the arm's mounting adapter using the two small socket head screws.

Place the spacer between bracket and the tool balancer's open hole. The insert the Large socket head into screw balancer's open hole and through the spacer and tighten it into the bracket.

The tool balancer is now attached to the side of the telescoping arm's mounting adapter
Eye Hook
Step 3
Insert the eye hook.
Then connect the tool balancer's clasp into the eye hook of the telescoping arm.
