Power Generation Clients Long Island and New York City
Since 2001, LiRo-Hill has provided engineering and construction inspection services to Keyspan, National Grid, and TransCanada on an as-needed basis and as an extension of staff at power generating stations on Long Island and in New York City. Assignments included:
• Foundation and steel platform inspection and design • Condition inspection of underground reinforced concrete gas regulator vaults • Inspection and design services for building facades, monorails, transformer slabs, and pothead structures • Structural repair design for utility support systems • Design of steel utility hangers suspended from pre-stressed concrete bridge • Onsite Extension of Staff for infrastructure and power plant facility improvements
