Now I’ve created my own network of people that I look up to and work with.” Expanding Knowledge And Skills For Lena Sharesky, Sales Representative for the Pack- aging Corporation of America (PCA), the TAPPI YP pro- gram has allowed her to expand her industry knowledge as well as her personal skillset. PCA is one of the largest producers of containerboard and corrugated packaging products in the U.S. with more than 120 facilities. Sharesky served as YP’s Director of Events before moving into the Vice Chair role, where she has helped the division create new events and find ways to collaborate with TAPPI’s many other divisions. “It gives you an opportunity to not only connect with fellow YPs, but also with members of other divisions who have different backgrounds and perspectives, so building those connections is really impactful,” she said. Learning With Peers Frisch said that EL members network with suppliers, box makers, and other like-minded young professionals who want to succeed in the industry. “You can all talk the same lingo, and you all under-
