They just started in the industry or they are 10 years into it, there’s no judgement and everyone’s willing to help each other out.” Now in a leading position as an elected EL delegate, Frisch helps select speakers within the industry to present in the C-Suite series, a quarterly virtual webinar. Whether focused on operations or sales or accounting, they share their stories and best leadership advice. The most recent C-Suite speaker was Jim Akers of Akers Packaging Ser- vices Group, along with his son, Andrew Akers, an Emerg-

Frisch also helps develop the content for the spring meeting and offers a friendly face to new members. “I’m the Emerging Leaders go-to person with any questions or advice, and then I have a team as well.
