Over this time, she has leveraged her expertise and collaborative approach to all aspects of Human Resources and Corporate Administration functions Blythe has held senior leadership positions at Stearns Lending, MetLife Bank, Countrywide Financial, Nortel Networks, EDS and Life Insurance Company of the Southwest.
