Prior to joining Mortgage Advisory Partners, Maria Elena has held leadership roles in learning and development including Senior Director of Learning & Development at Homepoint Financial, and AVP of Sales Training at Steans Lending where she was instrumental in developing a proven sales training curriculum for the Retail, Wholesale, Consumer Direct and Joint Venture divisions and trained over 950 mortgage professionals nationwide. Maria Elena is Principal of JAI Consulting in addition to her role at Mortgage Advisory Partners.
