PRINTING AND APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Fan the sheets of transfer paper on all four sides to reduce static charge. • Reverse (flip or mirror) the image before printing • Set printer settings for heavy or card stock paper • Load transfer paper so blank side receives the ima ge • If you have the paper with the notched corner, then the print side of the paper will be facing you when the paper notch is in the upper right hand corner. • Fan the sheets of transfer paper on all four sides to reduce static charge.  Set your printer to LABEL / TRANSPARENCY MODE and print from the MANUAL TRAY.  On some printers / copiers you may need to set the printer to Thick paper.

TO TRANSFER THE IMAGE

• Preheat the heat press to 200ºC • Trim away any unprinted area around your image • Choose a white or light colored substrate made of 100% cotton, cotton/poly blend, or 100% polyester. • Place wrinkle -free garment onto the press pad • Place transfer image side down • Press at 200 ºC for 20 seconds with heavy pressure • Wait 3 seconds before peeling.

For best results, after the shirt has cooled, re-press with Teflon sheet for 10 seconds.

Washing the Garment

For Best Results: • Turn garment inside out before washing • Machine wash warm or cold

• Mild Color -safe detergent (No Bleach) • Dry in dryer inside out, on low setting • If garments needs ironing, DO NOT iron directly on the transfer

Storage and Handling of the Paper

For best results, when receiving a new batch of paper let it aclimatise for 12-24 hours. Store the paper in a cool, dry area.Put the paper into resealable poly bags and include one silica gel (desiccant) package. This will not only help improve the quality of your printed image but will reduce copier jamming as well.
