CHATTANOOGA LOOKOUTS DOUBLE-A AFFLIATE OF THE CINCINNATI REDS

Dear Lookouts Fans,

On behalf of our entire Lookouts family, I would like to welcome you to the 2022 season of Lookouts Baseball. We are proud to continue our affiliation with the Cincinnati Reds as their Double-A affiliate. The Reds have a long and storied history in Chattanooga that includes winning a Southern League Title in 1988, and with a top-rated farm system we can’t wait to see what they bring to the field this season. Coming off two Southern League Championships in the last seven years, your Lookouts are ready to take the field as we offer you Chattanooga’s most affordable family fun! Since 1885, the Lookouts have been woven into the fabric of the Chattanooga communi- ty. Lookouts games are where families create memories, businesses picnic, church groups share fellowship and little leagues celebrate. Over the past five season, more than one million of our neighbors, friends and co-workers have come to enjoy time together at the ballpark. As we enter our 22nd season at AT&T Field, we are continuing to improve our ballpark experience. Lookouts fans will once again be treated to exciting promotions and experiences all season long, including 14 postgame fireworks shows. We can’t wait for our Negro League Appreciation Weekend May 27th and 28th as your Lookouts transform into the Chattanooga Choo-Choos for two nights. Thursdays will once again be Thirsty Thursday at AT&T Field with drink specials starting at just $2. Every Sunday game fans will be able to play catch on the field. 2022 will also mark the return of kids run the bases after every Lookouts home game presented by Great Clips. When AT&T Field opened, we asked the community for support, and, over two decades later, we’re still blown away by the response. The elected officials of the City of Chattanooga and Hamilton County have been unfailingly supportive of our efforts to keep and grow baseball in Chattanooga and their support has meant a great deal to us. Thank you. There are many people who make Lookouts baseball great and we owe a great deal to our partners, our friends in the local media, our season ticket holders, and to others willing to help and support. Finally, I would like to say a most sincere thank you to you and all the wonderful people of the greater Chattanooga area. When we said we’ll build it if you’ll come, you answered with a resounding “We’ll be there!” Your support means the world to us and we come to the ballpark each day striving to exceed your expectations.

Sincerely, Jason Freier Managing Owner Chattanooga Lookouts
