Life Coach:
Expertise: Life coaches are skilled in helping clients clarify their values, identify obstacles, set meaningful goals, and develop action plans to reach those objectives. They focus on enhancing self- awareness and supporting clients in making positive changes in different areas of their lives. Focus: A life coach, on the other hand, takes a more holistic approach and works with clients on various aspects of their lives. This can include personal growth, career, relationships, self-confidence, work-life balance, setting and achieving goals and improving overall life satisfaction. Goals: Life coaches help clients gain clarity, overcome limiting beliefs, build resilience, and create a more fulfilling and purposeful life. They may assist with career transitions, personal development, and improving overall life satisfaction.
