March 30: Little Woodworkers Class The workshop at Carneros Resort and Spa, 4048 Sonoma Highway in Napa, will teach the kiddos some basics of woodworking and leather work. On March 30, from 11 a.m. to noon, little ones from ages 6 to 13 will be able to make their own license plates for their bikes. Parents must accompany their children but are welcome to enjoy a wine tasting at the adjacent tasting room. Tickets are $40 per child and can be purchased at carnerosresort.com .

March 29: Egg Hunt & S’mores Fest Your kiddos are sure to have an “egg-cellent” time at the Egg Hunt & S’mores Fest at Stafford Lake Park. Park rangers will be handing out prizes to the winners of the egg hunt. So grab your “peeps” and head to 3549 Novato Blvd. on March 29 from noon- 2 p.m. Snuggle up by the fire and enjoy some hot cocoa and ooey gooey s’mores. Registration is required at marincounty.gov .

April 19-21: New Living Expo This year marks the 21st annual New Living Expo at the Marin Center Exhibit Hall, 20 Avenue of the Flags in San Rafael. The three-day event will feature over 100 vendors offering the latest and greatest in health and wellness. As well as exhibits, workshops, lectures and panels to learn more about the latest developments in mindful, healthy and sustainable lifestyles. Tickets are available for purchase at tickets. marincenter.org. $23 for a day pass, $35 for a two-day pass and $41 for a three-day pass.

March 31: Easter Brunch & Egg Hunt Farm Restaurant & Bar is hosting an Easter Brunch & Egg Hunt on March 31 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Families can enjoy a multi-course Italian inspired brunch at 4048 Sonoma Highway in Napa. After brunch, on the Farm Pavilion, little ones can participate in an Easter egg hunt and win prizes as well as yummy treats. There will also be live music and lawn games by the scenic garden for adult guests. You’ll be “hoppy” to know the Easter Bunny will be making an appearance to delight guests of all ages. Tickets are $125 for adults, $55 for kids (5-12 years old) children 4 and under are free. For more information visit carnerosresort.com

April 6: Learn to Pier Fish How do you communicate with a fish? Drop it a line! On April 6 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. head to Paradise Beach Park to learn some fin-tastic tips and tricks about fishing from park rangers. Don’t fret, a California fishing license is only needed if you are fishing from the shore not the pier. Fishing poles will be given on a first-come-first-served basis. This event is free, and registration is required on marincounty.gov. Meet at the parking lot in Paradise Beach Park in Tiburon, 3450 Paradise Drive.

April 21: Earth Day at McInnis Park Head to McInnis Park, 310 Smith Ranch Road in San Rafael, on April 21 to commemorate Earth Day! Participate in the beautification of the park from 9 a.m. to noon, with a planting project as well as trash pickup throughout the park and along Las Gallinas Creek. Snacks and water will be provided, friendly dogs are welcome but must be on a leash. Registration is required on marincounty.gov . 5800 Northgate Mall in San Rafael; admission is free.
