As we look ahead to another exciting season at The Mill at Sonning, we want to begin by saying a heartfelt thank you. Your continued support means an enormous amount to us, and it is because of our audiences, friends, supporters and wider Mill community that this extraordinary theatre continues to thrive. The past year has brought real challenges, as it has for so many independent venues. There have been difficult decisions, uncertain moments and a huge amount of work behind the scenes. But through it all, our belief in The Mill and in the people who make it so special has only grown stronger. Thanks to the loyalty of our audiences, the dedication of our staff, volunteers and creative teams, and the generosity of those who have supported us, we move into the new season with renewed confidence and optimism. Next, enjoy a special insight into the theatre’s Costume Department, where exquisite garments are designed, tailored, and maintained in-house. Our expert team will share the creative process behind bringing period and contemporary productions to life, from initial sketches and fabric choices to fittings and final stage appearances.

RESALES: In common with general theatre practice, tickets for the theatre cannot be exchanged or money refunded. If patrons find that they are unable to use their tickets, the Box Office will endeavour to resell on the understanding that the sale of the theatre’s own available seats must take priority. A fee of 10% will be charged for successful resale.
