THEATRE AND RESTAURANT
MATINEE PERFORMANCES: Bar open from 11am. Lunch served from 12 Midday. Performance starts at 2:15pm.
EVENING PERFORMANCES: Bar open from 5pm. Dinner served from 6pm. Performance starts at 8:15pm.
The Waterwheel Bar is open post-show on Saturday evenings.
PARTY BOOKINGS Party Bookings must be confirmed with 50% non-refundable deposit and balance paid not later than four weeks prior to the performance. RESALES: In common with general theatre practice, tickets for the theatre cannot be exchanged or money refunded. If patrons find that they are unable to use their tickets, the Box Office will endeavour to resell on the understanding that the sale of the theatre’s own available seats must take priority. A fee of 10% will be charged for successful resale. TICKETING INFORMATION Tickets are non-refundable unless a performance is cancelled by the theatre. Credit notes are only available with Ticket Protection or, in exceptional circumstances, at the theatre’s discretion. Where possible, the Box Office may attempt to resell unused tickets, although this cannot be guaranteed and a 10% fee applies to successful resales.
