Front door: security Class 3, sound-insulated, high-security locks.
Interior doors: laminate with anodised handles, Nusco Innova TT collection. Exterior windows: PVC frames (Aluplast or equivalent), double-glazed, choice of plastic roller shutters. Building Systems Plumbing: PVC drainage, polyethylene and multilayer supply pipes, manifolds, washing machine connections, individual boiler for hot water. Underfloor heating: radiant system throughout with integrated photovoltaic installation for each residence (hot and cold). Bathroom fittings: pristine white ceramics (Pozzi Ginori, Althea, Domus Falerio), Grohe or equivalent taps, wall-mounted sanitaryware in secondary bathrooms. Electrical: fully compliant installation with earthing, circuit breakers and RCD protection, Magic Ticino or AVE series, provision for television, telephone, video entry and alarm systems.
