After receiving my calling to "Heal the Wounded Soul" in 2002, I dedicated the rest of my adult life learning with teachers of different modalities to manifest my Life Purpose.
The years of in-depth healing and exploration through my depression, anxiety and life challenges, birthed my passion in being an SIW Inner Work Facilitator.

My passion is to provide a safe, sacred holding space for people’s inner journey where they Rediscover, Reconnect and Remember their Light within.
Another passion that fills me with joy and love is caring for and playing with my 2 Shetland Sheepdogs. Ordinary moments spent with them are deeply nourishing for me. We love long walks in nature and going to the beach.
Going home to our True Self is the most important and magical journey anyone can take. It is my deepest honour and joy to be your companion on this soul-spirit exploration.

Since young, I always wondered what was the purpose of living.
After graduating from NTU in 1990, I continued my quest through Buddhism. I spent many years studying Buddhist philosophy from renown Chinese and Tibetan Buddhism masters. I also learned meditation and attended many retreats. In 1994, I coincidentally attended a public talk by Dr. Chiu-Nan Lai, the founder of Lapis Lazuli Light. I was deeply moved by her passion in giving hope to patients with cancer. In 1996, I left my engineering profession and became the director of Lapis Lazuli Light Singapore. I found my purpose of living in educating and promoting holistic health to the public. I met Hwee-Meng Tan, the founder of School of Inner Work, in 2001. Her teachings and her presence inspired me to do inner work. Being in this work for 20 years, it has shown me the beauty of the human soul and the mystery of life. It helped me grow and mature into a real human being too. Inner work has given me a deep purpose of living. My passion for inner work led me to be trained as an SIW facilitator. I want to support and accompany people in their inner work journey. I wish deeply for everyone to discover a life path that is unique to them, where they can experience the richness and fullness of living. Now, I have dedicated my life to be a facilitator of the School of Inner Work.

Through my own search in my youth, I came to discover my life’s calling to serve and be with those who similarly seek that deeper fulfilment in life; a healing, an inner peace, a more meaningful relationship with themselves or a more profound understanding of their life’s experiences.

Through my professional work and journey of personal growth in inner work, my passion in connecting with others and o ering them a harbour of safety, warmth, and nurturance, grew. I longed to do a deeper work, one that was beyond helping individuals work through childhood traumas and unresolved childhood experiences, but a work that connects them to the part of them that is eternal, wise, powerful, and loving. For me, it truly is a privilege to accompany another on their inner adventure of remembering forgotten parts of them- selves, tending to inner hurts and wounds, transforming their darkness into light, or discovering what makes them come alive on this journey home to their True Self.
Alongside my passion in inner work is also revelling in the joy of being in nature, soaking up the sun, being at the beach, and spending time with friends and family.
My wish is for us to discover the light and love that we truly are.
