Fall Baseball: T-Ball • GRADE K Play ball! Young athletes begin learning the game of baseball with an introduction to the basic skills of hitting (off of a tee), catching, throwing and base-running. The first two weeks will consist of Saturday practice and for the last five weeks, we will play games on Sunday afternoon. Each player will receive a MLB replica hat! Two adult volunteer coaches are needed for each team. Both team and individual registration is available. Each team has a maximum of 10 players. T-Ball is for children currently enrolled in Kindergarten. This is a recreational and developmental league designed to enhance participants’ abilities and enjoyment of the game of fast pitch softball. Developing athletes learn how to pitch a softball, in addition to continuing to refine the skills of catching, throwing and base-running; teamwork and sportsmanship will be emphasized.
