Work Experience Essential Significant/extensive experience in a senior facilities manager role within a large organisation. Experience of managing the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance and cleaning operations using in-house staff and contractors. Experience of managing catering and hospitality services via in-house staff and contractors. Experience of managing estates and facilities management services within residential/living accommodation. Experience of implementing management systems to ensure compliance with statutory legislation (compliance) relating to estates and facilities management. Experience of producing timely and accurate management reports. Experience of developing and managing budgets. Experience of managing the performance of in-house staff and external contractors. Education/ Qualifications Essential NVQ Level 4 qualification in Facilities Management. NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. Member of IWFM or other relevant professional body. Desirable Attained or working toward a first degree or Ofqual equivalent in Facilities

Ability to critically analyse problems and present options/solutions in a clear and concise format.
