SCHOOLS RAISE THOUSANDS FOR TERRY FOX RUN DAY

Students from St. Francis Xavier Catholic High School in Hammond took to the streets to mark Terry Fox Run Day. Their collective fundraising efforts raised over $2000.

More than four decades after Terry Fox set off on his marathon of hope, students continue to take part in fundraisers to celebrate his life and dedication to raising funds for cancer research. Despite taking place nearly half a century ago, the young students still connected with Fox’s message of hope and resilience.
