• Significant, demonstrable experience of running a large, multi-site residential operation, ideally, student accommodation. • Experience of leading and managing large teams • Demonstrable experience of setting and managing budgets at group level • Experience of facilities and premises management • Experience of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction • Understanding and practical knowledge of current health and safety regulation

• Relevant H&S qualification (NEBOSH/IoSH) • Qualification in Hospitality Management • Professional Facilities Management Qualification BIFM
