OUR COMMITTEES Our employee-run committees plan diverse initiatives to engage our staff: • Fun Squad: Hosts a variety of engaging and exciting events year-round, including a baseball tournament, holiday festivities, barbecues and much more. • Diversity and Inclusion: Intentionally educates and engages staff in activities that contribute to an inclusive and respectful workplace. • Wellness: Provides opportunities for our staff to participate in a holistic approach to wellness and mental health. • Charity of Choice: Organizes fundraising initiatives to support our Charity of Choice and celebrates staff contributions through the Volunteer Recognition program. • Green Team: Monitors, conducts audits and encourages employees to correctly use the compost, recycling and garbage stations set up around our offices. STAFF RECOGNITION We recognize the hard work and dedication of our people in a variety of ways: • Kazoo is our online recognition platform that allows staff to award points to colleagues for a job well done. Staff can redeem these points for various rewards (i.e., gift cards, extra time off). • Roscars Program recognizes employees who exemplify our corporate values in their day-to-day work. We celebrate four Roscar winners each month, as voted by their colleagues. • Rogers Rockstars are chosen annually by our leadership team for their demonstration of our core values, performance, and for going above and beyond. Rockstars receive $1,000 towards RRSP matching, an exclusive dinner with senior management and more. • Rogers Tenure Awards celebrate our staff who have worked at Rogers Insurance for five and 10 years by treating them to beautiful Tiffany & Co. jewelry.
