Suzanna is one of the most valuable members of our Taylor Morrison Sacramento Team. Over the past year, she has managed the planning, design and opening of 5 new model parks which includes multiple sales o ffi ces and 24 model homes with landscaping. Opening a model home park is one of the most challenging projects within our industry given all the various people and trades involved, plus the many details to manage. In every instance, she has e ffi ciently coordinated the e ff orts between sales, interior design, construction, purchasing, land development and a number of trade partners, to name a few, in successfully opening these beautiful and potentially award winning model parks. Plus when you add in COVID over the past few months, she continues to weather through the additional challenges posed to keep our current model parks under construction on target. Suzanna’s abilities to multi-task and problem solve issues with limited direction are some of her key strengths. She is very well-respected amongst our VP and management team, as well as the many team members in the field. Her creativity and thoughtfulness is so key to our team’s culture. She’s always thinking of special things to do for others even when she has plenty of other things on her plate.

GESSICA AMBRIS FIRST AMERICAN TITLE

I’d like to recognize Gessica Ambris, Escrow O ffi cer, as a shining STAR in the industry. Gessica is one of the Roseville New Homes newest and youngest escrow o ffi cers; however, she has blossomed to be one of our strongest. ‘Trail Blazer’ are the words that come to mind when thinking of how she has risen to the challenges 2020 presented her. Whilst learning how to manage her own desk she was able to build successful relationships with her clients and was able to ‘wow’ them with her proactive mindset and abilities. Though her clients could not be sure of what was to come, they were sure Gessica could handle it without skipping a beat. In a shaky time and an in an unstable building environment, Gessica provided steady reassurance for her clients that no matter what was to come, she would be there to help and get the job done.

Evelyn is completely amazing! She is such a hard worker. Evelyn handles large volume of closings & stays on top of everything. She is so organized that she makes it look easy, but it is not! When I think of a person that has conquered this past year - the person that comes to mind has been courageous in their endeavors, has cared fiercely about the clients, and has consistently looked for ways to improve processes. The person that comes to mind is Stephanie Bohannon. 2020 has presented substantial challenges for everyone; but not all have risen to meet them the way Stephanie has. Stephanie has found a way to embrace new processes, new clients, and a new assistant, all while embracing the changes COVID brought with it. In the past year Stephanie has proved to be committed, innovative, and adaptive.

Doug’s professionalism really accentuates just the overall team at Republic. Every Superintendent has great things to say about Doug and the way he runs our jobs. SHAYN BROWN PREMIER HOMES

Shayn absolutely lives quality. He always seeks out how to do it better—how to improve processes and outcomes. His positive can-do attitude has led to success when it comes to managing a community in its infancy, with plans that have never been built before. While doing this, he also focused on his team, training and mentoring them always with a focus on the importance of quality and how to achieve it through inspection and relationships with trade partners. He also manages custom change orders seamlessly, where customers are allowed to make custom option selections, which is not always easy to do. Recently, in just one month, he managed two spec level changes, one major and one minor plan redesign, and Title 24 code updates. He is schedule driven, understands the value of being firm but fair with our trade partners, and always makes sure our homes are ready for our trades to get the job done. He drives site cleanliness to ensure a positive buyer experience at every stage of construction. He’s hands on and his positivity is contagious, setting the tone at the job site for everyone working there…from our team to our trade partners.

JACLYN CARAMAZZA TAYLOR MORRISON

Jaclyn is the nucleus of our Sacramento division Sales department. As our Escrow Coordinator, she handles a multitude of paperwork and details daily that most people never see and does so with an incredible eye for detail and a steady, positive attitude. She e ff ectively and e ffi ciently coordinates sales and closing e ff orts between 25 sales and construction team members, two di ff erent title companies, 10 loan consultants and processors while meeting or exceeding our target closing goal every month. Jaclyn has a great sense of humor and brings an upbeat energy into the o ffi ce. With sales starting at 10 new communities in the last year, Jaclyn now coordinates for over 19 Taylor Morrison communities across 4 counties. As if that’s not enough on her plate, she also plans all escrow related meetings, events and trainings – all with a smile on her face and usually with a funny joke to boot. Her dedication and commitment extends to the local community as well, supporting Taylor Morrison’s e ff orts within the North State BIA, the Sacramento SPCA, HomeAid Sacramento and other local charities. We appreciate all she does for our team’s success.

PAUL CHAYKA WOODSIDE HOMES

Paul is the perfect candidate to receive a MAME award for Superintendent of the Year. Over the course if the first half of the year, Paul, in addition to his usual duties as the Superintendent over a bustling new community, took charge of the construction of the Sacramento St. Jude Dream Home, Located in Rancho Cordova. This home, built for charity, was more than just another home. The home was designed with custom upgrades that exceeded the standards of even our model homes, including products from vendors that we typically do not work with. Paul walked the home daily to ensure that every detail was attended to in the highest degree of care. Paul was resourceful in solving problems, including finding volunteers to assist in the installation of the Bosch Appliances. In the end, Paul was able to deliver the Sacramento St. Jude Dream Home on time, despite of COVID - related delays and despite vendor production challenges. Thank you, Paul for your dedication to this important cause, for example he creates custom wood signs and gives them to the Homeowner as a housewarming gift. Truly an exceptional candidate for Superintendent of the year!

DEANA CURTIS STEWART TITLE

Deana is our GO-TO person for all things Title/Escrow and Closings! Her response time is within minutes and she is always happy to help. She is calm, collected and professional, even with the most stressful situations/buyers. We are so thankful to have her on our TEAM. She consistently shows her dedication and commitment to serving Taylor Morrison customers and supporting our closing goals month after month. We recently worked through a month-end/quarter-end closing way past hours (finalizing all things around 9:30pm) which was critical for our division's corporate reporting. Heather Derr is an integral part of not just her escrow unit, but the entire First American Roseville o ffi ce as a whole. The true definition of a team player, Heather is that person everyone can turn to or rely on in a pinch. Despite the extraordinary circumstances of 2020, Heather managed to provide extraordinary service to her clients and support to her team. I’d like to recognize Diana Edwards, Northern California New Homes Division Escrow Manager, as a shining STAR. When thinking of an individual who consistently goes above and beyond, Diana quickly comes to mind. 2020 has brought with it a multitude of challenges and changes for our industry; but none have been too di ffi cult for Diana to navigate. Though her role had recently expanded to cover the entire Northern California division and the feat looked to be impossible, she took on the challenge of managing in a ‘virtual world’ with a smile. Our brand promise to our customers doesn’t stop once they move in. Maintaining a relationship with them through warranty programs and customer care is a crucial part of our success, and no one embraces this more than Sjaan Fielding. We like to call him our silent hero—a team player as much as he is a self-starter, we’re convinced our buyers see him as their hero too. Sjaan was instrumental in developing our customer care program including setting up the customer portal for homeowners. He is also our front-line risk management program person. Sjaan is clear, concise, knowledgeable and does what he says he is going to do. He truly cares about our customers, trade partners and company. At the same time, he is fair and can be firm in a way that is still calming and always solutions focused. Not all interactions can be perfect, but Sjaan’s approach and decision-making is based on facts, knowledge, experience, and research with a healthy dose of fairness. Sjaan also builds strong relationships with TP’s which inspires them to want to come to his service calls, and he is great at scheduling, which is a huge benefit for both customers and TP’s. With a true “customer first” mentality, he collaborates with the construction team up front with the goal of building a quality home that supersedes customer expectations. He provides thorough feedback from QAs, leading to a normal 1 or 2 item new home orientations, with next to no service calls. You won’t find anyone more sincere and genuine than Sjaan, something our customers and team feel every time they interact with him. And did we mention as a one man show, he does all this at multiple communities, each having di ff erent options programs (some are even custom homes) spanning a wide-spread area? Super star status for sure.

In just over 2 years with the Taylor Morrison team, Sal has done an amazing job in the Customer Care department. Most of his time has been dedicated to two of our high-end, closeout communities in El Dorado Hills - getting these million dollar homes all buttoned up, leaving us with nothing but happy homeowners. With Sal's cool, calm manner, we knew that he was the right person to take on any long- term warranty requests while also managing the quality control inspections on our homes. JOSE GOMES TAYLOR MORRISON

Since his start date with the Taylor Morrison team almost three years ago, Jose has cultivated positive working relationships with all of the departments and trade partners that are a part of his projects. He maintains a high level of professionalism day-in and day-out, no matter the circumstance. Because of this, we had no doubts that Jose would be the one to oversee our biggest project to date - Madeira Meadows in Elk Grove, consisting of three di ff erent product lines. Jose and his team just completed a gorgeous new model park consisting of 9 modeled plans, a pit-set sales trailer and a 2nd sales center while also starting 70 homes in the last five months. The team at Madeira Meadows says, “He is our ROCK!” Jose is dedicated to everything we do at Taylor Morrison and runs the job his jobsite the Taylor Morrison way 100 percent of the time. He always exceeds our division goals in Customer Satisfaction scores, cycle time, budget, quality and safety. He has been our top performer in safety for the last 2 years. Jose handles every situation with respect and fairness. Our customers feel confident purchasing a new Taylor Morrison home at Madeira Meadows, large in part because of the way he manages his projects and his attention to detail. Whatever the issue, Jose will deal with it promptly to find the best resolution. Well for me, my team expands outside my o ffi ce to the title companies that I deal with. I consider myself fortunate that I work with several great Escrow O ffi cers. But one really stands out like a light in the crowd. She’s loyal to me, she’s loyal to Woodside, she is loyal to all the Sales Agents, buyers and communities that she serves. All of that without ever compromising her loyalty to her own company, Placer Title. Now I come from an Escrow O ffi cer background so I realize I am not her only client, not the only Builder she handles but you would never know it. Gail handles 12 of my 21 communities. And she does so without ever skipping a beat. I can depend on her. She goes above and beyond to meet my deadlines. She makes the buyer feel like they are important to her. She accommodates every single one of them. And yet finds a way to make sure she never closes a deal late. She works late, comes in on weekends, communicates with me daily! I know she is busy but if I need her, she is there. You would think I am the only one that matters. She also steps up and helps our Land Acquisition Team, does things for my Construction Team and makes herself available for notarizations when I am not available. She never complains and she works so hard!! Gail has developed relationships with our Lenders as well and they too feel like she is part of their team. How one woman can work so hard and work with so many di ff erent personalities and make everyone feel she is there for them is amazing to me. Gail deserves this nomination. TAYLOR LAWSON PREMIER HOMES

The ultimate task master, Taylor’s superpower is definitely scheduling. She has very quickly developed the ability to build out a sequence when necessary and maintain committed delivery dates to buyers. She also is consistent in the early completion of homes, which allows for more time to improve quality and exceed buyer expectations. Her technical knowledge has grown exponentially to the point where she truly understands the functions of construction assemblies. Add in her friendly, yet professional “whatever you need” approach to working with trades, buyers, and our team and it’s easy to see why Taylor is so deserving of this Star Award.

Victoria Lund, Brandy Trantham, and the rest of the J Williams Sta ffi ng team have been a key trade partner for us this past year, particularly as we had to reduce sta ff but then maintain appropriate sta ffi ng at our communities to handle the tra ffi c as things began to reopen. Carrol is a true asset to our organization and is essential to our success. After transitioning from an o ffi ce manager position, Carrol has quickly jumped into understanding the many moving parts in home building and specifically the purchasing world. Her attention to detail is unmatched and essential in the world of options and to how it relates to escrow. Dedicated and focused, she doesn’t settle for just being a checklist person, she is continually asking questions to be better informed and extremely competent in her work. Purchasing departments are known for being the hub and disseminating information, and Carrol has assumed this responsibility at a very high level. Every field team member can count on the information getting to them in detail and accurate making their jobs much easier. She is also the point person for all activities following the closing of homes. All warranty for appliances, all product rebates, and any insurance tracking updates that are a ff ected by home closings. As if that wasn’t enough, Carrol’s ongoing dedication to the company is unmatched. Although she has all but completely stopped her o ffi ce manager responsibilities, she is still vested in the daily operations in the o ffi ce and continues to help keep things running smoothly. She is a true team player, and generally cares for the team, our partners and our customers. Their success comes first, and she is always finding ways to care for those she works with no matter how busy she is.

Kirstin is the Wonder Woman of Woodside! She is a doer who is going to get things done! She is a complete go getter - she bid out 16 communities in one year!!! She is incredibly knowledgeable, but she is always willing to listen to feedback. She is a team player and she is completely comfortable collaborating with others. She is constantly looking for better products and better pricing and she is focused on building better relationships with our trade partners. Kirstin is a super star!!!

Very quickly, he’s developed into a quality driven superintendent onsite, consistently producing 1-2 items walks for all homes he’s responsible for. Greg Williams has only been with Woodside since February of 2020 but has completed the most tickets month over month of any other rep. Homeowners have expressed, he has a huge sense of urgency to get things done beyond their expectations. He does whatever is asked of him with no complaints. Covers open and closed communities in a 50 - mile radius and continues to perform at peak levels, 98% of all tickets are less than the company standard of 30 days to complete.
