SJAAN FIELDING PREMIER HOMES

Our brand promise to our customers doesn’t stop once they move in. Maintaining a relationship with them through warranty programs and customer care is a crucial part of our success, and no one embraces this more than Sjaan Fielding. We like to call him our silent hero—a team player as much as he is a self-starter, we’re convinced our buyers see him as their hero too. Sjaan was instrumental in developing our customer care program including setting up the customer portal for homeowners. He is also our front-line risk management program person. Sjaan is clear, concise, knowledgeable and does what he says he is going to do. He truly cares about our customers, trade partners and company. At the same time, he is fair and can be firm in a way that is still calming and always solutions focused. Not all interactions can be perfect, but Sjaan’s approach and decision-making is based on facts, knowledge, experience, and research with a healthy dose of fairness. Sjaan also builds strong relationships with TP’s which inspires them to want to come to his service calls, and he is great at scheduling, which is a huge benefit for both customers and TP’s. With a true “customer first” mentality, he collaborates with the construction team up front with the goal of building a quality home that supersedes customer expectations. He provides thorough feedback from QAs, leading to a normal 1 or 2 item new home orientations, with next to no service calls. You won’t find anyone more sincere and genuine than Sjaan, something our customers and team feel every time they interact with him. And did we mention as a one man show, he does all this at multiple communities, each having di ff erent options programs (some are even custom homes) spanning a wide-spread area? Super star status for sure.
