Rinehardt Injury Attorneys - February 2023

We are proud to announce that Rachel has been selected for inclusion in the 2023 Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars list! Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area. The list of Rising Stars (attorneys who are 40 years old or younger or have been in practice for 10 years or less) represents no more than 2.5% of the lawyers in the state. RISING STAR!

Congratulations, Rachel!

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 F and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, combine tahini, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla; whisk well to combine. 3. Add cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, then use a wooden spoon or rubber spatula to stir until the mixture is smooth. 4. Fold in chocolate chips (or walnuts) and transfer mixture to prepared baking pan. Bake for 22–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean. Sprinkle with flaky salt, if desired. 5. Let brownies cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Lift parchment and brownies from the pan and cut into squares. 6. Store brownies in an airtight container or gallon zip-top bag at room temperature for up to 5 days. You can also store them in the refrigerator for up to 7–10 days. To Freeze: Place brownies in an airtight, freezer-safe storage container in the freezer for up to 3 months. Let thaw at room temperature.
