Licensing Authority. A TGRA’s authority to issue a Facility License is identified in the Tribe’s Gaming Ordinance . The TGRA has the authority to issue license suitability determinations and may approve, deny, or place conditions or limitations upon a License. This applies not only to Casino Employees and Commercial Vendors, but to actual Gaming Facilities as well.
