Sample Facility License Regulations Language: Gaming Facility License. A gaming facility license shall be required for each place, facility, or location on Tribal Lands where Class II or Class III gaming is operated. No other section of these Regulations shall apply to the issuance of a facility license.
Sample Facility License Regulations Language, Cont’d: 1. The General Manager of Casino Operations shall be responsible for submitting no less than one hundred twenty (120) calendar days before the expiration date of the current Facility License , an application to the TGRA for the renewal of the Facility License. For good cause, the TGRA may grant an extension of the due date for no more than thirty (30) calendar days. An application for a facility license shall contain the following:
