Sample Facility License Regulations Language, Cont’d: Inspection of the Gaming Facility by the TGRA. The TGRA may inspect the gaming facility on a regular basis, announced or unannounced, in order to monitor compliance with the terms and conditions of the Facility License. Upon completion by the TGRA of any inspection, the TGRA shall notify the General Manager and the Tribal Gaming Corporation in writing of any noted deficiencies or violations, and the action(s) deemed necessary by the TGRA to affect compliance.
