How many ropes do you have in your pock- et? Recognize many of your percep- tions are like that and you can release distorted perception formed from cul- tural beliefs, stories of oppression, sto- ries of hate. • After perception are the narra- tives we have had chiseled into us and hold us to the false stories that we are divided more than we are the same. Enter within, discover and re- lease your narratives through educat- ing your mind, breath, and mindful- ness. • After narratives are the clouds which gather around the mind. They obscure our view and often gather through all of the above mentioned. The trick is to breathe those clouds away.
