Post Balance Date Events Subsequent to balance date, the College changed the use of the property at 13 Gloucester Street from owner occupied to being leased to an external party. Accordingly the property has been reclassified from Property, plant and equipment to Investment property. The property was carried at $181,000 at 31 January 2026 and has subsequently been independently valued at $2,900,000. This is a non-adjusting event and no adjustment has been made to these financial statements.
