The property which sold for $695,000 is situated in the West New York downtown business corridor. n Laguna 100% leased in under six months JERSEY CITY, NJ — La- guna, Newport’s newest up- scale residential property, has reached 100% leased in less than six months, demonstrat- ing the strength of Jersey City’s high-end rental market. The lease for the last remaining residence begins on December 31, 2013.
