party, commercial real estate firms in Central Pennsylva- nia—has arranged the follow- ing lease transactions: South Penn Code Consul- tants, LLC leased 1,700 s/f re- tail/office space at 230 N. Main St. in Shrewsbury, PAfrom 230 N. Main St. Assoc. LP. Chad stine, Brad Rohrbaugh, and Brian Parrish of Ben- nett Williams represented the landlord in the transaction. Parrish also represented the tenant in the transaction. The Vacuum center leased 1,200 s/f retail space at 2997 Cape Horn Rd. at Cape Horn Plaza in Red Lion from Cape Horn Plaza. Stine, Rohrbaugh, and Jeff Kauffman of Ben- nett Williams represented both the landlord and tenant in the transaction. YORK, Pa — LMs Com- mercial Real Estate , a pri- vately owned real estate com- pany based in Lancaster, has recently arranged the 1,184 s/f lease to Great Clips located at YorkMall, East Market Street, York, PA. The 617,465 s/f mall serves the residents of York with great retail, service and res- taurant chains. The landlord was represented by, Racine Leahy , ThF Realty and the tenant was represented by, Blake Gross , LMS Commer- cial Real Estate. n
