Commercial Real Estate Women of the Lehigh Valley (CREW LV) celebrated its 9th annual meeting in November at Northampton Country Club. By a quirk of fate, 2014 president Christa Kraftician, AIA, LEED AP was unable to attend her installation because Spillman Farmer Architects, of which she is a director, was being honored on the same day by the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Institute of Architects with the Architectural Firm Award at for consistently producing distinguished archi- tecture for a decade or more. Outgoing president Maureen O’Meara read a statement on Christa’s behalf. Adrienne Kwiatek-Holub, a vice president of National Penn Bank, was elected CREW LV president elect. Jessica Gentile, vice president of project development with Northstar Construction/ Polaris Properties, Inc. was elected to her second two year term as director at large and Pam SullIvan, senior interior designer with Design Point was elected corresponding secretary. Fulfilling their terms are past president Maureen O’Meara with HMK Insurance, secretary Catherine Durso, Esq., a shareholder with Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C., treasurer Cindy Merritt,CPAwith Buckno Lisicky & Company and director at large Kelly Berfield, with the Dietrick Group, LLC. n
