AICC Announces Leadership Restructure For Growth, Innovation AICC, The Independent Packaging Association, has an- nounced a series of promotions and an organizational re- structuring effective at the close of fiscal year 2026, posi- tioning the Association for continued growth, innovation, and service to its membership. The changes, shared by AICC President Michael M. D'Angelo, encompass seven promotions, including the establishment of one newly cre- ated role. The restructuring goal is simple: to strengthen the As- sociation's capacity to serve our members better. “These changes bring important clarity to our organi- zation and create clear opportunities for a collaborative work environment between and within departments,” said D'Angelo. Cindy Huber has been promoted to Senior Director of Conventions & Meetings, overseeing the continued devel- opment of the Association's convention and meeting pro- gramming.

Virginia Humphrey has been promoted to Senior Direc- tor of Communications, Data Benchmarking & Innovation, a newly created position. In this role, Virginia Humphrey will remain responsible for BoxScore and the Breaking Down Boxes podcasts. She will additionally serve as the AICC resource for advancing the Association's member value and data-driven impact across surveys, benchmark- ing, and applied innovation, including artificial intelligence. Virginia will also serve as Staff liaison with the AICC Inno- vation Sub-Committee.
