Col. Abigail Ruscetta Tinker AFB, Airbase Wing Commander
Colonel Abigail L. W. Ruscetta is the 72nd Air Base Wing Commander, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. She leads nearly 3,000 Airmen and is responsible for $5.4 billion in resources and a $311 million operating budget. She provides installation support for over 27,000 personnel assigned to the Headquarters Air Force Sustainment Center, Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex, 552nd Air Control Wing, Navy Strategic
Communications Wing One, 507th Air Refueling Wing, 448th Supply Chain Management Wing and 45 other associate units including the Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Information Systems Agency, Defense Finance and Accounting Service and 38th Cyberspace Engineering Installation Group. A 1997 U.S. Air Force Academy graduate, Ruscetta has served 26 years as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer with extensive leadership experience, including commanding the 76th Propulsion Maintenance Group at Tinker AFB and the 388th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron at Hill AFB, Utah. Her career includes assignments across Germany, South Korea, Florida, and Georgia.
Greg Treacy Pratt & Whitney
Greg Treacy is Vice President of Tinker Air Force Base & Oklahoma City Site for Pratt & Whitney. In this role, he leads all company operations in support of the U.S. Air Force and strategic industry partners at Tinker AFB. Greg provides executive oversight for the Oklahoma City campus, including the coatings facility, infrastructure expansion, and long-term growth planning. He also manages public-private partnerships that
deliver maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services for the F135, F119, and F117 engines. Since joining United Technologies in 1999, Greg has held leadership roles spanning Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain—including Executive Director of Quality for Aftermarket Operations. His earlier career as a U.S. Navy officer and pilot informs his operational mindset and commitment to mission success. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science from Villanova University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is known for a leadership style centered on trust, accountability, and high-performance collaboration.
