As a lifelong and multigenerational resident of the Oklahoma City area, Aubrey has developed deep roots, strong community relationships and a love for Oklahoma City that fuels her passion to affect positive change.

Rhonda Baker Director of Education for the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber Rhonda Baker serves as the Director of Education for the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce. Prior, she served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives and spent nearly two decades as an educator teaching English at middle school, high school, and college levels. As a member of the House, Baker quickly established herself as a respected voice on education policy. As a freshman lawmaker, she was appointed

to serve as chair of the House Common Education Committee and as a member of the House Appropriations and Budget Subcommittee on Education. Baker became chair of the Education Committee of the Southern Legislative Conference, representing 15 states. She also received the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education Distinguished Service Award for her Concurrent Education Taskforce contributions. Her earlier recognitions include the State Chamber of Commerce Rising Star Award, selection for the Center for the Advancement of Leadership Skills, appointment as an Early Learning Fellow from NCSL, and service as a Commissioner on the Commission of the Status of Women.

Burns Hargis Senior Counsel at McAfee & Taft

Burns Hargis is former 18th President of Oklahoma State University. He served for 13 years until 2022, marking the third-longest presidency in OSU history. In this role, he led the institution through periods of record enrollment and fundraising. He also served in the military and practiced law for 28 years, notably representing the FDIC during the Penn Square Bank closure in the 1980s. In 1997, Hargis transitioned to banking as Vice

Chairman of Bank of Oklahoma NA until 2008. Throughout his career, Burns has been deeply committed to community service. He serves as chair of the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, chair of the Oklahoma Creativity Project, chairman of the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, and chairman of the Oklahoma Commission for Human Services. He also served as co-host and commentator on KFOR-TV’s “Flash Point” for 15 years. After retiring from OSU in 2021, Hargis returned to McAfee & Taft in 2022 as senior counsel to focus on professional development and client relations.
