That is also what makes it a little difficult because I never know what to expect, and I need to be ready for anything, whether it is fixing a saw, repairing a table, or general maintenance,” Chuy remarks. Chuy tells us that the main focus of his job is to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently so more production is accomplished throughout the day. At the Boise Truss Plant, the pressure is always on to ensure that each aspect of the job is done with prowess and skill. When an error occurs in the beginning stages, it affects the whole project. There is no room for error, and Chuy gets things done correctly! When Chuy isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family. He is a huge fishing advocate and loves to go camping. However, his favorite thing to do is to saddle up and ride horses.
Without Jesus, or “Chuy” as we call him, things would not run nearly as smoothly as they do at the Boise Truss Plant. The team designs
roof trusses for many different projects. A truss is the foundation of many different structures and as you can imagine, it is paramount that our team does the job right. Chuy makes this possible! Chuy, a maintenance professional, has been a member of the team for 1.5 years now and recently gave some insight into his role at Franklin Building Supply and what it means to him. He stated that both his favorite and the most challenging part of his job are one in the same. “I get to do something new every day depending on where they need me and what needs to be completed for the day, so I
