WARNING

!

• Keep winch tight - not loose • Make sure cog teeth are in good working order • Ensure appropriate winch is used • If you are using a clip-on winch ensure the arms are straight not bent • When in use, ensure that at least two loops of webbing remain on winch drum.

• Winches shall not be loaded in excess of lashing capacity. • A minimum of two layers of polyester webbing must be wound around the winch drum when tensioning. CARGO WINCHES ARE NOT APPROVED FOR OVERHEAD LIFTING
