Our Projects Launched in September 2009, the project committed each hotel to a 5- 10-year partnership with a chosen beneficiary working on children’s health or education programmes. ➔ The “Embrace project” for Shangri-La hotel, at The Shard, London, involves initiatives with the nearby St Thomas’ and Guy’s Hospital.

Launched in 2010, the aim of the project was to make a concerted effort towards biodiversity conservation and habitat protection.
