The nature of the broker’s day-to-day life is changing, and to prepare for what lies ahead over the coming decade it’s essential to keep evolving, develop
complementary skills and truly understand what clients need. Another aspect to this topic, however, is the demographics of brokers. More specifically, how, as an industry, we can build the pipeline of new entrants to the industry, while ensuring broking is a profession that people want to remain in, once they’re here.
