Visit the CWU Recreation Center for strength training, cardio on the suspended indoor track, or high-energy group fitness classes. Join one of the many sport clubs and intramurals on campus to sharpen your skills or try something new. Explore the beautiful Kittitas Valley and Cascade Mountain Range when you join an excursion through Outdoor Pursuits and Rentals (OPR), with shuttles to the mountain passes when the snow settles in.
